Multiple Team Projects

We are trying to understand SfTS and how it should be used.

We have a TFS Team project that represents our web site. We have many other team projects that are shared UI control libraries and business object libraries. The web site team project uses the control & business object libraries.  Big open-ended question: how are we supposed to use SfTS so we keep an accurate burn down log?

A specific issues is how the scope path includes the project's name, therefore, TFS Workbench treats the site separate from the libraries.  During sprint planning, a PBI may be defined but it really is work in the library and the site is to simply implement the updated library.
